I'm doing a case with Insignia, what trays do I need?
For an Insignia case you'll need two trays:

FEMORAL INSTRUMENT TRAY — handles, head trials, calcar planers, and general femoral instruments.

INSIGNIA BROACH TRAY — Insignia-specific broaches (sizes 0–11), neck trials (standard and high offset), and the modular stem inserter.

Would you like me to pull up images of the full tray layouts for both trays?
At what Restoration Modular Cone Body size do we reach the maximum offset?
The offset plateaus at the 25mm Cone Body and stays there through 31mm. Here's the breakdown with a +12mm V40 head:

19mm → 43mm21mm → 45mm23mm → 49mm25mm → 53mm ✓ MAX
Sizes 27, 29, and 31mm also cap at 53mm — so once you're at a 25mm Cone Body, going larger doesn't gain you any additional offset.
